Epic Auto Window Tinting & Detailing

The whole process from calling and asking questions to booking my appt, dropping my truck off, and getting it back in less than 24 hours was fast and easy. I had my new 2026 Toyota Tundra Platinum detailed and ceramic coated done at the Portland location after the dealership claimed to had done it, but did a horrible job and left my truck a mess. Not only did Epic get me booked quickly, but I had my truck back in less than 24 hours. It looks amazing. The guy we dealt with was very professional and answered all of my and my friend's questions and did an amazong job. I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for ceramic coating.

Poor communication and too many red flags. Couldn't get a straight answer when getting a quote. I submitted a request for a quote on their website and received a text asking if I wanted the quote by or by phone. I replied saying I wanted a quote by text and specified I was interested in 70% VLT ceramic tint. They replied and said "we have our ceramic film," and quoted what seemed like a reasonable price. So off to the SolarFX website I went. Of their 9 film product lines, 4 are ceramic. Only one of those ceramic lines goes up to 70% VLT, which is what I had clearly asked to be quoted for. I replied and asked if I was correct in guessing that specific line I found is what the quote was for. They replied stating a different SolarFX product is what they offer. But SolarFX's website and their spec sheet--which are publicly available and easy to find once you know to look--show this series only goes up to 45% VLT, which is nowhere near what I asked for. I replied with a screenshot of the spec sheet and sa

Popped in today hoping to get my tail lights wrapped in vinyl. I showed up and was greeted by Michael, who was super pleasant and knowledgeable about tint and other forms wrapping. Not only was his customer service great, but the job was quick and he had me on my way in no time at all. The pricing was the best I'd found around town. There is a nice waiting area also and comfortable seating. I'll definitely be coming back for any of my tinting needs! Thanks again Michael!

I had my vehicle tinted here and I am really happy with how it turned out. They were very professional and clearly care about the quality of their work. You can tell they take their time to do things right and the results really show. The tint looks amazing and the overall quality is excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for good reliable tint work.
